▶ Where should I stay? #
We have reserved rooms and special rates at the Gage Suites, about a 10min walk on campus to The Nest venue.
Use this Booking Link for a 5 night stay, checking in on Wednesday, March 25th (day before first Pre-Conference Day) and checking out on Monday, March 30th (the day after the Main Conference ends).
Adjust your dates depending on what events you'll be participating in. If you come back to the site from elsewhere, our booking code is G260325A.
For those wishing to stay earlier / longer, we have the same rates 3 days before and 3 days after.
▶ What are the rooms like? #
The rooms we have reserved are Signature Suites:
Premium private studio room with queen bed, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, and washroom with shower (no bathtub). Superior bathroom and kitchenette finishes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and LCD TV. Sleeps up to two people. Suite has air conditioning during the summer months
There are other, larger suites with a second bed available at the same location that you can review in the booking link.
▶ Where is the venue? #
▶ Is there travel support? #
Organizers, speakers, and other community members who are having their travel supported will all be staying at Gage Suites. As part of travel support onboarding, you'll be booked into these suites.

▶ Are there options for attending the conference remotely? #
Yes, you can read the initial announcement on Remote / Hybrid participation.
Go to the Remote page for the main dashboard for remote streaming & chat, plus forums and more. There is a $10USD suggested donation for remote attendees, and regardless of payment we ask that you register and accept the code of conduct.
▶ Will the workshops be available virtually or are there any virtual workshops? #
The workshops will primarily be designed as in person workshops, with presentations and support.
We'll look at capturing video / streaming the ones that make sense, and as we confirm workshops we'll discuss with presenters how / if they are able to also include remote participants.
// sponsors
A huge thank you to Bluesky for being our title sponsor.
Streamplace is our video provider for the conference, and will be streaming up to 3 rooms and powering chat as part of our remote track.
