Bio
Roscoe Rubin-Rottenberg is the full-stack engineer and CTO of Spark Social, a short video platform on AT Protocol.Roscoe has been writing code since he was 9. He won Apple's Swift Student Challenge in 2024, and joined a startup in 2024 called LSD where he worked on a SQL interface for web data, leaving in 2025 to pursue AT Protocol with Spark.
By day, Roscoe is a sophomore at Brooklyn Technical High School majoring in Law and Society. In his free time, he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee in Prospect Park.
